Welcome to the DTH3 website. We're a group of expats and locals in Den Haag who happen to be drinkers with a running problem as well as the proud owners of hash horrors (otherwise known as children). In an effort to help raise the next generation of hashers, in 2006 we founded a kindler, gentler hash with kid-friendly trails, beer breaks and circles. Come join us on our next Sunday afternoon hash. No experience necessary. On-On!

Dutch Treat Hash #18

What: DTH3 #18 – St. Patrick’s Day Hash in Wassenaar

When: Sunday, 16 March, 2008 at 14:00 (pack off at 14:30)

Where: Sterrenbad in Wassenaar (Zanderijlaan 1). Run start is the big field in front of the building.

Hares: FCTW and Prison B**ch

Hash Cash: Adults: €2 Kids: €1

Hare Notes: Get your Irish on for DTH3’s (Almost) St. Patrick Day’s hash and help us bid farewell to Gangrene, Octopussy and gang as they skip off to Romania. Wearing o’ the green is mandatory and everyone is expected to yell “On-On” in their best Irish brogue. Bonus points to the hasher that can lead the group in a rousing rendition of “Danny Boy”. Bring a swimsuit (green, natch) for a possible on-on-on.

By public transport: - From Den Haag Centraal or Leiden Centraal take Bus #43. Get off at the “Wassenaar Jonkerlaan” stop – it’s just after Wassenaar centrum when coming from Leiden, or just after the Rijnlands school (and Sterrenbad) when coming from Den Haag. Walk about 100 meters south along Prinsenweg and you’ll see Sterrenbad on your right.

By car: - Take N44 to the main Wassenaar/Voorschoten intersection and turn left towards Wassenaar-Centrum (onto Lange Kerkdam). Go to the traffic circle (about 1/2 km) and turn left onto Prinsenweg. Go about 3/4 km. You’ll see the Sterrenbad on your right, next to a big green field. Turn right onto Zanderijlaan to access the parking lot.
